MESSAGE
My Fellow Freinds In Interact,
I, wish to express my heartful gratitude and happiness for offering me the oppurtunity to lead our Interact District Movement in this session ahead. I will look after it in a proper manner to uplift all the Interact Clubs in our District 3240 lovingly. It is my duty to encourage our clubs to broaden there service programmes and help to involve our dear Interactors in Rotary projects through our District and we are all familar that we Interactors are a key to Rotary Family, so it's all we young ones or simply we can say New Generation who should take active interest in Community Life and should have the oppurtunity to develop leadership skills.
I, honestly appeal to you all to inculcate positive attitude in our area, which means New thrust in Membership, New Ideas, New Focus and New Projects. To overcome this I would like to announce my Theme for this session, "RAISE INTERACT TO NEWER HEIGHTS", it simply means that we all should try our level best and take a pledge in our mind that we shall Raise our Interact Moment to the Heights of the Mountain.
The word "DIR" is simply a three letter word but it's responsibility is quite tough, for me alone to look after it is a burden, so it is the duty of all we young ones to lead our Interact moment to higher positions and serve the needs of our Community so to do so let us all begin our journey on the voyage of service in this new century. I am looking forward for all your support and commitment towards our goals for membership, foundation, contribution and extensions of Interact or more better services to the humanities, proclaim and keep the commitment "SOW THE SEEDS OF LOVE" and take our District to the Newer Heights with standing position.
In full humility, I bow my head to Almighty's grace for giving me this oppurtunity to serve our District 3240 as DIR, which became possible due to your support and co-operation. I am sure you all will be always there with me to guide, support and help me in the future.

DIR-PROFILE
Itr. Sidharth Kandoi belongs to an illustrious family of "KANDOI" who are one of the earliest settlers in Sikkim. His family includes the head, his Dad, Mr. C. L. Kandoi, a graduate of commerce from Sri Ram College and a Law graduate from Delhi University. He is a business man running a stationary shop with photographic goods here at New Market, Gangtok. Other members in his family include his mother, a house wife, one elder sister and one elder brother (just 5 min elder). Itr. Sidharth is the youngest and the second twin. His brother Itr. Gautam Kandoi too is a part of the Rotary Family and a member of Interact Club of Gangtok Hills.
Itr. Sidharth was born on 17th October 1984, presently a student of Sir Tashi Namgyal Senior Secondary School studying in Class XII Science. He takes keen interest in Academics as well as in Co-curricular activities.
Itr. Sidharth joined the Interact Club Of Gangtok Hills during the year 1998 and served as the Treasurer in that very own year itself and in the next session he served as the Club President(1999-2000) and as Club Secretary for two continuous years i.e. from 2000-01 to 2001-02. Itr. Sidharth is the Charter Secretary of Interact Club Of Gangtok Hills.(The Club got its Charter through the hands of PDG Rtn. Udaya Mani Pradhan in the year 2001). He is an active member of the club and takes great interest in club projects. His ideas and views for the club are beneficial and helps a lot in making its projects successful ones.
Itr. Sidharth's hobbies include reading, travelling, surfing the internet, collecting stamps & coins, learning new creative work and love to make new friends.
